liter chicken stock

slices of ginger

the sauce:
50 g of crushed peanuts (I
pass through a grinder)

tablespoons soy sauce salt

tablespoon sweet soy sauce (this is what replaces sugar in my sauce)

tablespoon sesame oil
1
teaspoon rice vinegar
2
teaspoons hot pepper sauce (I used Sriracha)
2
tablespoons tahini (sesame paste white)
1
spring onion
1
large handful of coriander leaves washed and roughly chopped

PREPARATION

1 In a saucepan, boil the
chicken with ginger slices, dip the chicken breasts and cook for about ten
minutes (more if they are thick).

Meanwhile make sauce: Mix soy sauce with oil and sesame paste, add rice vinegar
and hot pepper sauce, stir until the sauce is smooth, then add the peanuts.

Wash the
lettuce leaves and divide among two plates. Peel and wash the carrots, cut into
thin slices with the bursar and divide among plates.
Finally bang bang chicken
Remove
chicken from the broth and let cool a bit, flatten it on a cutting board and
shred with your hands and spread it on the plate. Wash and slice the spring
onion, sprinkle the chicken, add the cilantro and pour sauce over all. Serve
immediately.

Measure
Carefully, Placing all ingredients in bread machines pan in the order
recommended by the manufacturer. Select Sweet of Basic / White cycle. Use
Medium or Light crust setting. Push start. Use of a delay cycle is NOT
recommended for this recipe Because It contains perishable ingredients.
Ingredients for Campbell Soup – Dill Spiked Onion Rolls Recipe
2 pk 16-19 oz each hot roll mix
1 cn Cream of onion soup
2 md Eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c Grated parmesan cheese
1 tb Dried dill weed
Campbell Soup – Dill Spiked Onion Rolls Preparation
In large bowl, dissolve yeast from both boxes of mix as directed using only 1/4 cup water. Follow mix directions adding undiluted soup, eggs, cheese and dill with flour mixture. Let rise as directed. Shape dough into 16 large rolls or 32 small rolls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets; let rise again until doubled. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
