I’m attracted to the RadWagon simply because I know the firm so well. I’ve had a RadRunner before and really liked it. The Packa would be my choice because of its quieter motor. Because I don’t want to draw attention to myself and because I like to listen to birds rather than loud engines, I truly despise loud motors on the bike path. How much more noise-free is the Packa’s engine than the RadWagon’s? Oh, how I wish I did.
