Preparation Chinese food ginger prawns soup
Peel
the onions and chop. Peel the garlic and chop. Peel the potatoes and cut into
pieces. Wash the coriander, dry and chop. Grate the ginger root.
Pour
oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic. Add shrimp and blush do well in
oil.
Then
add the rice wine, water, quartered tomatoes and potatoes. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

large bowl, combine cake mix, egg and topping. Batter will be very stiff. Drop
by Teaspoons into confectioner”s sugar. Roll into 1 balls, using sugar to keep
dough from sticking to hands. Place balls of dough 2 apart on greased baking
sheet. Bakle for 10-12 minutes or until light brown on bottom. Transfer to a
wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

1/4 c -Water; boiling
1/8 ts -Salt
1 ts Vanilla
Burnt Sugar Icing
Preparation
Caramelize 1/2 cup
sugar. Add boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add butter, milk, salt, and
remainder of sugar. Boil to soft ball stage (236 F). Cool to room temperature. Add flavoring. Beat
until thick and creamy. Spread on cake.
