Ingredients

squid

small potatoes

green chili
1 onion

tbsp light soy sauce

Steps:
1.
Cut each small potato in half, julienne the onion and slices the green chili.
2.
Wash the
squid, furrow then cut it into pieces. Blanch in boiling water. Filter and turn
them off.
3.
Put the small potatoes in a pan. Fry them until they are golden.
4.Add
2 slices of ginger, 3 tbsp soy paste. Stir-fry
evenly.
5.
Add the squid and fry for 1 minute. Add the onions and green peppers. Fried
evenly. Add salt, white pepper and 2 tbsp light soy sauce. Mix together and enjoy.
