Cut Chinese cabbage into pieces about 3
cm and wash it. In a skillet, heat a little olive oil and cook
the cabbage.

Make a white sauce: Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add flour and stir over the
heat until the mixture leaves the “clean” pan. Off the heat,
gradually incorporate the milk.
