The essential oil of chamomile, an excellent disinfectant and a good anti inflammatory help with inflammation due to acne. Aloe vera is on mitigating redness. Oil flax combined with hazelnut oil and apple cider vinegar will do a good astringent. Milk thistle or peppermint are also beneficial in the treatment of acne. Star anise has a purifying function and removes toxins responsible for acne. It can be taken as a decoction or capsules. Argan oil can be used externally.
