A nightmare with a robot vacuum cleaner spreading this kind of thing on the ground, this capacity quickly proves to be essential. Among the faults of this robot vacuum cleaner, paradoxically, its greatest strength is also what some might consider a weakness. For those who wonder about the conservation of images, when taking the vacuum cleaner out of the box, a sticker on the camera tells us that the images are processed directly on board the device and then deleted. We regret, however, that there is no small camera lens cover that can be put on or taken off easily. Despite Roborock’s assurances, it is impossible not to have a constant doubt, especially when you know the limits of computer security of smart health connected objects and the multiple mishaps that have been reported in the past. Good news, however, the camera is blocked by the charging station when it is not in use.

On the application side, it turns out to be easy to use. To connect, simply scan the QR code on your vacuum cleaner and the unit is very functional. You can also remotely follow your robot since its movements are visible there.

What price for this high-end robot vacuum cleaner?

It remains to be seen at what price it is now possible to acquire the Roborock S6 Max V. At present, it has not yet been officially launched on the French market. This top-of-the-range model should make its appearance towards the end of the second quarter 2020. In theory, the commercial difficulties encountered by many companies due to the epidemic of Coronavirus do not pose any more concerns to the Chinese manufacturer Roborock.
